How Star Catcher works
Star Catcher is a casual game with a clear objective: Move the basket and catch falling stars before time expires.
Falling objects force you to judge both horizontal distance and remaining fall time before committing to a move.
Controls
Mouse, touch, or arrow keys. Catch the falling stars.
Detected input types for this implementation: keyboard, mouse movement, touch, click/tap. On phones and tablets, matching touch controls appear directly below the game.
What to track
While you play, use the game’s progress indicators as feedback. This title tracks: Score, Time. Watch these during each attempt to see where your timing, accuracy or route choice is improving.
Strategy notes for Star Catcher
- Stay near the centre between drops so you can reach stars appearing on either side.
- Move toward the star’s landing line rather than chasing its current position as it falls.
Playing on your device
This game runs directly in a modern web browser with no separate download. Its interactive controls adapt to the available screen width. For the best experience on a phone, rotate your device only when the game benefits from extra horizontal space.
Practice target
Stay near the centre until a star has clearly chosen a side, then move once rather than correcting several times.
Common mistake
Chasing the star’s current position instead of moving toward where it will land.
