Copyright and Removal Requests

Respect for intellectual property

Ontrick respects copyright and other intellectual-property rights. Games, artwork, music and branding originating from outside providers remain the property of their respective owners. The presence of a game in a public directory is not, by itself, proof that an embed or a thumbnail is authorised for every website or monetisation arrangement.

How to send a notice

If you own the rights to material that you believe is being used improperly on Ontrick, contact admin@ontrick.xyz. Please provide the exact Ontrick URL, an identification of the protected work, information about your ownership or authority to act, a way to contact you and a clear description of the concern. Do not send unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Review and response

We assess reasonably complete reports and may remove an image, revise a listing, disable an embedded game, or request more information. We may contact the relevant content provider when appropriate. A dispute over ownership or a license may require the parties to provide documentation that cannot be established from the appearance of a webpage alone.

For game providers

If you distribute games for authorised embedding and would like attribution adjusted, a description corrected or a link replaced, please include the official provider page and any requirements that apply to third-party use. If monetised embedding requires a specific licence, tell us; we will not assume that a publicly accessible iframe grants those rights.

Site contact

All website copyright and removal correspondence can be directed to admin@ontrick.xyz. This page is an information channel; legal rights and procedures depend on applicable law.

Commercial embedding and usage rights

A public link or iframe does not by itself prove permission for monetisation, reuse of artwork, or hosting a copy. Game providers should identify the authorised distribution terms and any commercial restrictions so that the site operator can assess compliance.

What we can change

Depending on the report, Ontrick may correct a description, replace an attribution, remove an image, or disable a disputed embedded game while the claim is evaluated. Legal rights depend on the relevant jurisdiction and circumstances.
